Coverage By Grade
Coverage varies by grade. Grade A, B and C devices carry a functional warranty; Grade D and lots sold explicitly as-is do not.
Claim Window
Warranty claims must be submitted within the window stated on your invoice, typically 30 days from delivery for functional defects and 7 business days for cosmetic-vs-manifest discrepancies.
Exclusions
Damage after delivery, buyer-caused damage, cosmetic wear within the stated grade definition, and devices modified after delivery are not covered.
Resolution Options
Approved claims are resolved by credit, replacement or refund at Phones Canada's discretion.
