Orders ship within 3–5 business days of cleared payment, subject to inventory availability.
Carriers
We work with major international express and freight carriers. Carrier selection is based on destination, weight, and buyer preference where practical.
Customs & Duties
Export documentation is prepared by our logistics team. Import duties, taxes and fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Tracking
Tracking numbers are issued when shipments are handed to the carrier and are visible via our logistics portal.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Lost or damaged shipments must be reported to Phones Canada as soon as identified so we can open a carrier claim on your behalf. Insurance options are available.
