All Sales Are As-Is
All devices are sold as-is. Stock is sourced from North American carrier auctions and professionally graded, and there is an inherent fallout rate of roughly 5% where a device does not perfectly match its grade description. This is industry standard for auction-sourced stock.
The limited claims below are claims, not warranties. See our Warranty Policy for what coverage does and does not exist.
Eligible Claims
- Wrong model shipped — a different device than ordered. Report within 7 days of delivery.
- Significant grading discrepancy — condition materially different from the stated grade, with photo evidence. Report within 7 days of delivery.
- Dead on arrival — device completely non-functional on first power-up. Report within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping damage — physical damage in transit, with photos of the unopened package. Report within 3 days of delivery.
Minor cosmetic variation within the same grade sits inside the normal fallout range and is not eligible.
Not Returnable
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Compatibility with local networks, carriers or SIM cards.
- Cosmetic preference or normal wear within the stated grade.
- Software, update or carrier-setting issues.
- Battery health degradation on used devices.
- Faults arising after delivery or in use.

Credits & Refunds
