Samsung Confirms Galaxy S23 FE Name as New Promo Image Unveils Four Color Options

Samsung is gearing up to introduce a new addition to the Galaxy S23 series, called the Galaxy S23 Fan Edition (FE). The phone’s manufacturer has already started listing the name on its official website, confirming its imminent launch.

The latest discovery comes from SamMobile, who spotted the listing. However, it is MSPowerUser that has provided us with a more exciting reveal. They have come across a genuine marketing image showcasing the Galaxy S23 FE in four color options: pearl white, black graphite, purple lavender, and olive. These colors are similar to those available for the standard Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus models.

In terms of design, the Galaxy S23 FE closely resembles the Galaxy S23 and the Galaxy A54 5G mid-range smartphone. It features a sleek rear cover with three vertically aligned cameras, without the presence of a camera module or an “island” design. The phone also sports a flat screen with thin but noticeable bezels and a centered hole punch.

The main question surrounding the Galaxy S23 FE is its price. If priced right, it could prove to be an effective design choice. However, it remains unclear which markets will receive a variant with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, and which ones will have the Exynos 2200 processor.

Some key specifications have already been confirmed. The phone will come with a 6.3-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will also feature a 50MP primary rear camera, accompanied by 12MP and 10MP sensors, as well as a 10MP front-facing camera. The device will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery and will offer 8GB of RAM with a choice between 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.

As for the release date, there is no concrete information yet. However, an official announcement is expected to happen very soon. Stay tuned for more updates on the Galaxy S23 FE.
