– Pay online as a guest or log into your T-Mobile account and use a credit or debit card to refill your balance.
– Avoid requesting assistance through the IVR route and Care expert by phone, as this will incur the $5 charge.

While there’s always a possibility that T-Mobile could change its mind about these fees before April 25, it’s best to be prepared. Stay informed and make the necessary adjustments to avoid any unwanted charges on your bill.
