Google’s Pixel 9 Pro XL: The Ultimate Phone Fans Have Been Waiting For?

As a dedicated Pixel user, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with different models, from the Pixel 2 XL to the iPhone 11 Pro Max and back to the Pixel 6 Pro. Each device has its strengths and weaknesses, but one thing that stood out to me was Google’s commitment to affordability. While I appreciate saving money, there are certain features that I believe should not be compromised for the sake of cost.

When it comes to modem chips, I believe that Google should prioritize performance over price. For the upcoming Pixel 9 series, I hope to see Qualcomm Snapdragon X70 5G modem chips in the Pixel 9 Pro XL instead of an in-house Exynos 5300. This change would ensure better connectivity and overall user experience.

Additionally, the use of an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner in the Pixel 9 Pro XL would greatly improve security and convenience compared to the optical under-display fingerprint sensor found in the Pixel 6 Pro. A high-capacity battery is also essential for a flagship device like the Pixel 9 Pro XL to meet the demands of modern users who rely heavily on their smartphones throughout the day.

Despite some frustrations with previous models, such as connectivity issues and occasional glitches, I am hopeful that Google will address these concerns with the upcoming Pixel 9 line. The rumored Tensor 4 AP powering all three models sounds promising, and I look forward to learning more about these devices at Google’s upcoming developer conference on May 14th.

Overall, as a loyal Pixel user, I believe that Google has the potential to create a truly exceptional flagship phone with the Pixel 9 series. By prioritizing key features like modem chips, fingerprint scanners, and battery life, Google can deliver a premium smartphone experience that meets the expectations of its customers who value quality and performance above all else.
