Unlock the Latest Android 14 QPR3 Beta 2 Update for Pixel Devices – Bug Fixes Included!

Google has just unveiled the latest Android 14 QPR3 Beta 2 (Build AP21.240216.010), now rolling out to eligible Pixel devices. While this update doesn’t introduce new user-facing features, it focuses on enhancing performance and stability with the latest bug fixes and optimizations.

Key points about the QPR3 Beta 2 update:

– Available for Pixel 5a, Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 6a, Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel 7a, Pixel 8, Pixel 8 Pro, Pixel Fold, and Pixel Tablet series devices.
– Update size is around 733 MB.
– Addresses crashing bugs and issues related to incorrect battery information display.
– Fixes various issues affecting system stability, performance, and camera functionality.

CHANGELOG:

– Resolved device crashing or unexpected restarts.
– Fixed screen blackout issues after booting from flash or switching users.
– Improved compatibility with always-on display mode.
– Addressed battery information display inconsistencies.
– Fixed device-to-device transfer and backup issues.

The update will be pushed over-the-air to eligible devices within five days. To manually check for the update:
1. Go to “Settings” > “System”
2. Select “Software updates”
3. Ensure you are enrolled in the beta program at g.co/androidbeta to receive this update on your Pixel device.
