Good news for our Canadian readers! Videotron’s Fizz beta has officially launched in southern Ontario, bringing deep discounts for beta testers in nearly 30 cities across the region. This expansion marks the first step in Fizz’s plan to enter other markets in Canada.
In a statement to iPhone in Canada, Pierre Karl Péladeau, President and CEO of Quebecor (Fizz’s parent company), expressed excitement about allowing more people to experience Fizz. He emphasized Fizz’s commitment to providing a different breed of wireless carrier that offers game-changing benefits to its community of members.

Fizz also confirmed that existing beta zones in B.C. and Alberta have been extended, with Vernon now included in B.C., and Lethbridge added to Alberta.
